My stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa was memorable due to its stunning location and beautiful views. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, but I faced some issues with cleanliness and service quality. While the pool area is absolutely gorgeous, the dining experience left something to be desired given the slow service. Overall, it's a solid choice for a relaxing getaway, although some improvements can definitely enhance the experience.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The private cottages were nice and clean, and I loved the outdoor jacuzzi. However, the service was often haphazard and the dining options were overpriced with limited quality. The location is stunning, right on the beach, but overall, some improvements are definitely needed in service and dining.
The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, but the experience was marred by ongoing construction, and a lack of attention to guest safety and comfort. Although the pool area is nice, the noise and cleanliness issues made it less enjoyable. It's disappointing to see such potential being overshadowed by poor management decisions and outdated facilities.
My stay at Railay Bay Resort & Spa was truly enjoyable, thanks to its breathtaking location and comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool overlooking the beach was a highlight, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and sunset watching. While the dining service could be more attentive, the food was consistently good. Overall, it represents great value for a beach getaway, although some aspects could be improved for a more seamless experience.
We spent three nights at this resort, enjoying a beautiful twin pool villa, which was nice but could use some updating. The comfortable beds were a plus, but it was frustrating not to have enough chairs for our villa. The breakfast left a bit to be desired with limited options, although the omelette ordering system was efficient. Food and drinks on-site were pricey, but we discovered we could save by heading to the walking street. Overall, if you're not planning any excursions, three nights is sufficient. Bonus: the monkeys put on a great show!
