the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options.
I found the distance from the check-in desk to my room excessive. It was at least a ten-minute walk. some of the male employees seemed impolite during my brief stay (which was only 24 hours). such behavior is not acceptable in a service environment. i expect a higher standard of courtesy from staff.

location was great, directly on the west side. the pool have nice views to the beach. breakfast includes many options, as omelets and thai delicacies. i discovered that the hotel offers tours and transfers at prices cheaper than other providers.

i enjoyed the minibar and they stocked it with drinks every day. the staff was nice and friendly, they helped us book a speedboat trip. i think it created good memories.
the room was worn, needed work. the bathroom smelled awful the whole time i was there. i dont like that the shower stall was grotty, i didn't like it at all. we didn't like it.

great locationample choiceswimming poolscomplimentary fridge
the location were great with easy access to both east and west beaches. breakfast had ample choices and the coffee was unexpectedly good. there were two swimming pools and a complimentary re-filled fridge every day was a bonus. when facing bathroom issues, the staff promptly addressed it.
the basic room feels outdated and needing some maintenance. also, i noticed the hot tub villa's exterior was quite dirty.

the resort features two pools, one close to the beach. the other pool is located further inland with amazing views. the minibar service restocks daily with items such as water and snacks.

the hotel provides a convenient pick-up service for 100 baht per person, per trip. this service runs from ao nam mao pier right to the reception. staff assist with luggage too.

the room was spacious, despite a decor that wasn't completely modern. it was enough to get good rest. daily beach towels are provided and minibar refills included coca-cola and chocolates.
